 人間が生まれ持っている美しい魂が少しずつ変化していく様子。柵を背負いながらも どのように生きていけば良いのかの問いかけにもなっています。

 生きていく上での、あなたの幸せのゾーンとは?

魂のバランスとは?

Below is Jasmine’s simple explanation of her philosophy.

It shows how a person’s lucid soul transforms as it goes through life.

It questions how life could be lived, regardless of the many burdens.

Where can you find your “happy” zone?

What is a truly balanced soul?

Imagine that the diagram represents the balance of your physical body and soul.

The bigger sphere in the picture is everything that awaits you in your life. Inside the sphere are different kinds of zone such as “happiness” and “unhappiness”. The smaller sphere is your flawless body and soul; pure and colorless, just as you are when you are born into this world.

This tiny life form chooses the planet earth as it’s home, as it gradually spins around the surface of the bigger sphere by force of nature.

*In this context, a “sphere” could mean anything from the present world, universe and/or spherical surface.

*The Space = The physical self, or the life form of which was given by our mother, will experience many things and become full of emotions.

Our body and soul have remarkably developed by the time we end our childhood, and it is around this time that our soul begins to show the affects of its surrounding environment.

During this period, what is most important for the soul is “affection”. Consequently, the souls that fail to receive this affection cannot maintain its equilibrium. The ones that receives much love during this time becomes stable, thus develop with fine balance.

As time passes, the soul increasingly bears burdens. We graduate from school, become adults and acquire more responsibly in society.

As you can see in the diagram, the sphere gradually begins to deform and lose its purity, as the body and mind are unable to find its balance.

Despite this loss of equilibrium, our soul continues to advance in life. It gains weight as it acquires more knowledge and bears burdens through its existence in society – but the soul does not stop rotating. Similarly, the shape of our soul will continue to deform as it loses its shine.

Have you noticed that the clearer our soul is, the more it has control over the direction of which it rotates? Rather than moving with the force of nature, a truly lucid soul is able to choose which way to go.

The soul is made to spin along the bigger sphere – our life – but when it has become deformed, it loses its ability to take control of the direction in which it wishes to move.

Even if it knows that it is in the” unhappy” zone, the soul is unable to move itself to the “happy” zone that exists closeby.

The soul carries much anxiety and fear, but it will not stop. However, in such a condition, the soul will not be able to move smoothly nor move in its desired direction.

How, then, will the distorted soul find its balance? And, furthermore, how can it become pure once again?

First of all, it must gradually get rid of its burden (ref. Mental-BodyContitioning – imaging therapy or Malaysian Message).

A burden could be anything from an innate one to something around you that is keeping you from going forward.

In order for the soul to return to its balanced state, it is important that you slow down sometimes; let go of the unnecessary burden and reflect on what it is that you really need in life.

As you go on living, you will continue to bear burdens and, accordingly, the soul will inevitably lose its lucidity.

You do not have to rush to get rid of the unnecessary things. Let go of your fear and anxiety, slowly and gracefully, as if to undress your clothes one after another.

As you move on in life, the force that keeps the soul moving will gradually lose its momentum. So, the bigger the sphere the more energy it will require to rotate. Similarly, if the soul has been distorted, it will consume unnecessary energy and could bring negative outcome by overworking itself.

On the other hand, if the sphere is finely balanced, it will not required excessive amount of energy to more forward, and will naturally enter into the “happiness” zone (ref. Mental Body Conditioning – Well Aging).

After years of progression, has the soul been able to move to its desired direction?

Gradually let go of your burdens and slowly enter the “happy” zone. When the soul leaves the sphere (the present life), it is best to return to its small, lucid form that it was, when it first came into existence (ref. Mental-Body-Conditioning. Malaysian Massage).

Live up your duties in your present life and let the soul return to its purist state, as it peacefully moves on to the next life.
